Tom Hanna, M.A., Ph.D.
Tom has a Master's in Clinical Psychology, and did his Doctoral work in Organizational Psychology and Leadership Development. During his education, he distinguished himself as being one of the few psychotherapy interns to receive a paid internship within an established practice. During his doctoral tenure, Tom interned with the County of San Diego Board of Supervisors, conducting research on the efficacy of privatizing mental health care (multivariate analysis of covariance).
In 1999, Tom joined the wireless telecommunications industry, where he and his colleagues distinguished themselves in leasing and land-use planning services. Of particular distinction, Tom and his team rolled out the entire Coachella Valley (Palm Springs and surrounding cities) wireless network for MetroPCS (now part of T-Mobile). During this time, Tom started consulting to wireless site development companies, improving their efficiency, communication and workflow procedures.
Tom has a son who recently graduated Temecula Prep with honors, and has started his first year at Point Loma Nazarene University. Tom sits on the board of Heritage Classical Charters Schools. His passions are cooking, firearms, traveling, photography, surfing, and his son and God-daughter.
Steve has over 35 years of sales experience, and has spent the last 20 years in executive management, as well as financial operations management, primarily in technology-based industries. These include: Vice President of Sales for Quint Import/Export, LLC; Director of Sales for GSI, a Service Disabled-Veteran-Owned Business; and Project Manager for Sky River.
Mr. Aquilino was the Corporate Sales Manager for the Sheraton Hotel, Riverside CA. He was a Financial Planner for The Principal Financial Group, where he held seven licenses for financial products.
Mr. Aquilino has been married for 28 years and has two children, both who are in college. He is a Charter Member and current Trustee of the Knight’s of Columbus. He is a volunteer teacher for both youth and adults in religious education. He sits on the Board of Heritage Academy. He is a retired Founding Member of the Friends of Ronald Reagan Sports Park, where he served as the Treasurer.
